Our Producers

Asoapia Periera Colombia (Coffee)

 Francisco Asoapia

We are delighted to announce that all our colombian coffee is now directly sourced from Asoapia in Periera Colombia via Francisco Herrera and his team. The plantation was carefully chosen whilst Bryan the Managing Director was in Colombia earlier this year (the picture shown above is at La Clarita Farm) and we have developed a strong producer partnership with them already as having direct links helps us to understand the challenges they face so that we can assist and also bring to life the complex and facinating story the coffee has taken from the bean to your cup.

 Cosurca Colombia (Coffee)

One of our producers in Coast Rica

Along with Colombia we also source our coffees from the Cosurca Cooperative in Colombia and Coocafe in Costa Rica. They have composting programs in several of the communities to help generate organic fertilizer and reduce waste which helps to retain their land and maintain their Organic certification.

Using valuable revenue from Fairtrade sales this has allowed Cosurca to stop the cultivation of more than 1,800 acres of coca and poppy.
