We are a company that cares about and values all people – our team, producers, customers and everyone in our supply chain. We know that Cafeology and Roastology would not be what they are without these fantastic individuals.
We put a lot of time and thought into the way we recruit to find personalities and skillsets to enhance Teamology. We have a strong retention rate, with some team members having been with us for over 10 years.
We Host an annual social ‘retreat’ weekend for our team to further strengthen relationships.
